In this digital world, the ability to create data-driven decisions and create strategy informed by analysis is central to successful leadership in any industry. Data analytics for business is an integral part because it allows leadership to make evidence-based strategies and goals, understand customers to better target marketing initiatives, and increase overall productivity and revenue enhancement. This listicle article is a complete guide on data analytics and how it is important, for usage in today’s businesses.
In today’s scenario, Industries all over the globe are mostly looking at leveraging Data Analytics (DA) to strengthen business performance. As per the report from Forbes, data drive companies are 23 times more inclined to acquire the right customers and almost 20 times more likely to be profitable.
A number of advanced data techniques are used to extract data and analyze patterns and trends that bough up practical views, inform further research, or decide on the best business goals and strategies. Huge data techniques handle complex systems or software that can increase automation processes with machine learning and algorithms and various other modes.
In today’s scenario diversity of industries is attaining competitive advantages from data analysis and science, and data analytics for business processes is more accessible than ever before. Organization can know their customer profiles, interests, and habits better.
The pivotal data is used to inform business decisions that enhance profits and customize user or individual experiences to gain efficiency and loyalty. So the need for data analytics has also arisen.
The types of data analytics are huge, but they fall under four major categories: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive.
Descriptive Analytics
Descriptive analytics aims at what happened in the past. It doesn’t look forward, it provides a comprehensive picture of how particular events unfolded. The main motive of Descriptive analytics is to understand what happened and why.
Some common examples include:
Sales performance: If managers want to know how daily sales exceed a certain amount or how many units each employee has sold this month. Data analytics will help them to understand.
Dashboard reporting: Nowadays e-commerce companies use dashboards for present updates on page views, unique visitors, and user sessions across their different properties worldwide.
Fraud detection: Credit card companies regularly monitor transactions for suspicious activity that may hint at credit card fraud.
Product demand forecasts: Retailers use historical sales data to predict how much inventory will be required in the future.
Diagnostic analytics
Diagnostic analytics look for answers to why an issue occurred by viewing the factors that led to an event. This type of analysis help companies understand not only what occurred but also why it took place and how they can prevent it from happening again.
Familiar examples of diagnostic analytics are:
Root cause analysis. Root cause analysis is a process used analytically to identify the underlying causes of negative events, such as defects in manufacturing/production. So various methods are in big data that are made to tackle such situations in the workplace.
Retrospective analysis: Retrospective analysis involves inspecting historical data to determine why certain incidents happened. Like root cause analysis, it can identify potential risks and prevent future events.
Drill-down: Drill-down refers to operating through layers of findings to determine the underlying reasons for an event or situation.
Regression analysis: Regression involves using binary methods to identify trends and relationships between variables to make predictions about future outcomes.
Predictive analytics take charge of existing data to check future outcomes or trends. Organizations often use these analytics when developing new products or services because they give an idea of what consumers will want in the future based on their past behavior.
Examples of Predictive analytics:
Direct Marketing: Predictive Analytics determine which prospective customers are likely to respond to a marketing campaign and this will help companies to determine its likable customers who will buy their products, services, or any information.
Customer Pricing: To analyze the optimal price for a product or service based on primary demand. Big data helps companies to know the right prices and what costs are involved in it to make that product.
Retail Sales Forecasting – Precisely forecasting demand for products at the SKU-store level multiple times for ordering inventory, managing out-of-stocks, determining markdown targets, and managing the supply chain.
Prescriptive analytics
The prescriptive analysis takes past trends and data to recommend future actions. This type of data analysis is most helpful in maximizing resources and identifying new opportunities, such as expansion. Prescriptive analytics is used to make decisions or provide recommendations that allow others to make better and quick decisions.
For instance, a prescriptive model could recommend whether companies should:
Start a new product segment, or end an existing one.
Setting up a new manufacturing setup, or closing an existing one.
Place a bid on a Fortune future project, and if bid, then at what price?
Hire more people in the sales department if predicts the supply will increase in the future or if any new product development.
Send a targeted ad to a particular customer, to drive sales high
Data analytics is the process of making data presentable to key persons. It starts with data collection, finding patterns, and using those patterns to make predictions. These predictions can be used to set goals or make any decision.
For instance, in sales, you may use data analytics to predict how many particular products are to be sold in the next month. Knowing that number will help you to mark goals for your team and plan stocks and inventory levels. To start with, we collect data and put it into a database.
We then organize the data by finding patterns within it (this is called cleaning and organizing). Furthermore, we look for connections between patterns and develop and introduce a model that explains these relationships (this is called modeling).
Once get the model that works well enough for the business, we can now use it to make predictions (this is called testing). These predictions are communicated to decision-makers in the form of reports and findings.
The Data Analytics Process Takes Place in 4 Stages:
Data collection
Data can be collected from customer surveys, sales receipts, social media comments, and company websites. Data collection is fetched mostly from customer surveys, sales receipts, social media comments, and company websites.
Data integration platforms can merge and centralize business data with the help of a data pipeline to ease access, management, and business intelligence.
Data organization and analysis
Once all information has been gathered from various modes, now it must be arranged to make it simpler to interpret and evaluate. These Data can be arranged manually or through various software programs that store the information in databases.
Model development, testing, and deployment
The next stage is to build a model that fits the data set using various methods. These models are then tested and deployed if they meet the accurate criteria (e.g., accuracy over 95%).
Communicating results to decision-makers
This step involves bestowing the findings to company key persons or other leaders to use insights to make better choices related to products, services, sales-marketing strategies, and other business areas.
Data analytics of business aims to help industries in every aspect from concentrating a marketing tone for an individual customer to prospecting and easing risks to its business. We have brought 5 amazing benefits of using data analytics.
1. Personalize the Customer Experience by Having Data Analytics for Business
Organizations source customer data from different sources like offline retail, e-commerce, and social media. By using data analytics to create personalized customer profiles from this data, business houses receive customer insight and behavior so can provide more personalized experiences to their customers.
For instance- A retail clothing store that has both offline and online presence. This Company can analyze its sales data together with the data received from its social media pages and create targeted online campaigns through its social media to promote its online sales for those products that customers are already interested in.
For personalized experiences, the organization uses behavioral analytics models on these data. For example, a business runs a predictive model on e-commerce transaction data to examine products and services to suggest at checkout to increase sales.
2. Inform Business Decision-making in Data Analytics for Business
Industries use DA to guide organizational decisions and reduce financial losses. Predictive analytics suggest what could happen in response to any changes to the business and prescriptive analytics highlight how the business should overcome these changes.
Suppose, a business model changes as per the pricing or product offering to analyze how those changes will affect customer demand. Any change in product or service offerings can be A/B tested to rectify the hypothesis produced by those models.
Collecting sales data on the new changes products or services the enterprises can use data analytics tools to examine the success of the changes and visualize the result to help decision makers to choose and roll. on the changes across the business.
Business houses can improve production efficiency with data analytics. Collecting and analyzing data about the supply chain shows where production slows down or bottlenecks come from and can predict where future issues or problems may arise.
For Instance, if a demand forecast shows that a particular vendor won’t be able to handle the mass volume required for the holiday and festival season, an enterprise could supplement or replace the particular vendor to avoid production delays. However, many businesses — dominating in retail — struggle to manage their inventory levels.
4. Mitigate Risk and Handle Setbacks Through the Help of Data Analytics for Business.
Risks are part of the business. Whether it’s employee theft or customer-related, uncollected receivables, employee safety, and legal liability. Data analytics can support an organization to understand risks and take corrective measures.
Let’s take an example, a retail chain could use the propensity model — a statistical model that helps in predicting further actions or event prediction — to understand which stores are at the highest risk for theft.
The business can use this data to identify the amount of security needed at the stores, or even whether it should divest from any locations to avoid any future losses.
5. Enhance Security
All businesses can have data security threats. Data analytics is used to diagnose the actual cause of past data errors by processing and evaluating accurate data. For instance, the IT team can take the help of DA applications to parse, process, and present their audit logs to determine the course and actual origin of an attack. This information can help the IT department to locate vulnerabilities and patch them.
The use of data analytics for business is becoming a need. Here is a look at some major data analytics use cases adopted in various functions.
1. Data Analytics Use Cases In The Sales And Marketing Department

Digital Marketing phenomena bank completely upon the digital achievements of business strategic planning such as business campaign performance, new customer acquisition, analytics, decision-making ability, and future social anticipations. Digital marketing is a whole umbrella in which a lot of digital marketing platforms are the subparts. In this article, we will be discussing digital marketing courses in Valsad. For that initially, we have to understand the concept of digital marketing completely.
Concept of Digital Marketing Platform
All the marketing functions or activities over digital platforms are correlated with digital marketing. It is a solution to all businesses to provide multiple solutions online to attain business empowerment, new sales, new customer acquisition and technological upliftment, and social presence.
Moreover, there are various tools that helps business differently for example scheduling social media planner alone, a tool engaging customers with pictorial images including banners, flyers, images, social media post etc., or a tool where we can do marketing by endorsing a brand. There are multiple tools under the umbrella of digital marketing.
Explaining Digital Marketing
Digital marketing is an online platform where a business can connect with a customer virtually worldwide. Where businesses can interact with the customer, understand their needs and wants, can impart their strategies or new product launch and thereby generating sales.
Paralleled, customers get the opportunity to understand what the business is, its variants, its competition, best deals, USP, word of mouth, reviews and ratings, and a lot more.
Digital marketing generally highlights the Business customer relations and conversation-oriented activities which should be undoubtedly healthy to establish the end motive which is acquiring profits by taking care of the sales funnel.
Understand Digital Marketing Assets
The online presence through which a business communicates with its customers by various methods plays a vital role in modern digital marketing strategies. That communication street map can be brochures, mailers, social media posts, social media videos, content, influencers, affiliates, etc. These types of tools can be seen in various digital marketing activities.
The digital marketing assets are:
Website
With the help of website hosting or website solely, a brand can leave a benchmark in the eyes of customers. It’s an asset through which customer can easily get convinced and starts trusting the brand.
Domain
Working on self-domain gives the ultimate privilege which can’t be achieved in any other way. A business person spends days naming their brand which compliments their services and aligns with their portfolio. Registration of the domain name is the first and foremost step for every business to do. Supposedly someone else enjoying the taste of your coffee can be the worst disaster for your business. Never let anyone enjoy your hardships by any other name.
Social media handles
Every person nowadays has generally 5-6 social media handles and so as the business. To capture market presence throughout, a business should be widely available on all the social media handles which gives the customer brand loyalty that this brand won’t cheat with the end customer as they don’t want to let their fame disrupt because of one purchase.
Image and video messages
All the contents whether it’s written, image, or a video speaks directly to the customer. It’s a modern technique of digital marketing. Earlier businesses used to connect through newspapers, radio, etc. Now businesses have numerous ways to converse. The content speaks a lot especially the image or video content because that is stored in the customer’s mind within a click as it’s a visual representation of a message.
An author can easily connect with the reader because, during the time span, which a reader devotes to a book, the author makes sure that he can be understood in such a way where all this mindset and emotions while writing and the view behind the writings should be crystal clear imparted to the reader. This makes a connection between the author and the reader and if a business or a business person publishes an e-book.
That can be a great idea to share his heart about the brand or any message which can lead to future sales. As the reader gets attached to the author instantly if he reads good content. That generates trust in the author which can be useful in the future.
Ratings and reviews and customer testimonials
These can act as a business backbone if the services provided are best from their expertise. This is the most common word of mouth a customer relies upon. For every sale a customer plans, he always first checks the reviews so as to get product or service assurance. And if it’s positive then customers might keep the financial aspect aside and purchase the service .however if the reviews are negative, then cheap pricing won’t even help the business.
Logo and icons
The business logo and icon should be a replica of a business portfolio that speaks directly to the customer for example earlier Syndicate Bank’s logo was a dog. The dog is categorized as the most loyal animal on earth so the brand portrays itself as the most loyal banking institution. That is the power of the logo if planned practically.
Blog post
Writing a blog post is the most informal way a brand can connect with customers. Through blogs, companies try to give a sneak peek about what they are up to in a very friendly manner. Blogs can be someone’s everyday task. Writing blogs for the company on the website or on the newsletter can instantly connect with the reader and their beliefs.

Merely 32℅ of the global population is still using traditional ways of marketing and going to stores for the purchase, or we can say listening to radio or television for the brand’s advertisements.

Being aware of their competitors and their services offered.

When an influencer recommends a product, in which he or she explains the working, the benefits, and sometimes the competitive edge too, the customer feels belongingness with the influencer and with that sort of connection, the same customer relies upon the influencer and makes the sales.
These influencers make their portfolio so strong that a sense of belongingness and trust comes automatically because they show their expertise in their field. For example, all the makeup artists on YouTube generally endorse what kind of products? The answer is obvious, the newly launched makeup products entered the market. That’s what the companies are doing to promote their product.

Having said that transactional emails payment emails or any action-specific emails are also value-adding elements to this platform.
CONTENT MARKETING
Content is the king in the current market trend. To educate the customer with our written content, graphical content, visual content, and audio content. Content marketing is more about imparting a positive review about the product or a brand whose end motive is sales. This platform has the potential of 3 times sales conversion than any other platform.
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION PLATFORM
Search engine optimization walks shoulder-to-shoulder with content marketing. The content online whether it be written, visual, audio, or audio posted on the internet required to be addressed by their target customer to generate new customer acquisition and therefore sales. And the most potent content comes from one number 1 on the search engine which is Google.
The content which has relevant keywords, relevant data, and the most appropriate information becomes the king. This is where search engine optimization plays its game.SEO if practiced correctly can’t be very efficient to attain a good number of business from online sales.
The research took place where it was concluded that 58% of customers make their final sales after they do their due diligence on the search engine platforms with appropriate keywords.
For example, if a customer is looking for a good waffle shop nearby Rohini then the top 3 pics which come on search engine page 1 will be his top searches. The more sear v would be on top, the more orders of sales get increase.
AFFILIATE MARKETING
The trend is all about multilevel marketing or affiliate marketing these days. What big companies are used to doing is they hire people and they post online either by What Sapp, Facebook, Instagram, etc. and attract customers to buy the product instead of that, those people demand commission or fees which they charge per sale.
This platform also helps in cost-cutting in hard-core advertisements and campaigns and makes it easy and breezy for the company itself. It’s a very mindful task as a company is keeping its reputation at stake as someone else would promote their product with utmost potency.
PAY PER CLICK
Pay-per-click is a paid advertisement technique that usually marketing teams used to follow to grasp sales and increase traffic on their website. Companies run their ads on Google search engines and pay fees whenever their ads get a click. Because that click automatically transfers the customer to the landing page where each detail of the product or service is present from where a customer can make a purchase.
Although pay-per-click, content marketing, and search engine optimization are correlated to each other and the mutual here are the keywords that actually determine the traffic. The high potency of a keyword a brand use, the more ads will be visible on the top search and the more chances will be there for its sale. Hence they co-related with each other.

Organizations like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, HSBC, and Nomura are some most coveted names in the field of Investment Banking. Today, India is the 5th largest economy in the world with a GDP of $3.7 Trillion.
The pace of growth in the Indian industry has brought along greater action in the field of mergers & acquisitions. For instance, the most talked about merger of HDFC Ltd, the mortgage lender with HDFC bank is alone valued at $40 billion.
Similarly, the booming economy usually witnesses a large number of companies tapping the markets to raise capital through the IPO route. In the year 2022, India ranked 3rd in terms of number of IPOs. Such complicated transactions create a demand for specialists such as Investment Bankers.
To understand the depth of this segment, consider the data shared by Refinitiv that states that the total volume of Mergers and acquisitions in India was roughly $172 Billion in the year 2022.
The primary services offered by Investment Banks are:
Mergers & Acquisitions: Investment Bankers help in doing the due diligence and arriving at fair valuations for the prospective companies. They help in arriving at the fair value of the targeted company and help negotiate a good deal for their client. They also help in getting necessary permissions and fulfilling all legal formalities mandatory before such transactions. For example, the merger of L&T Infotech and Mindtree was facilitated by Axis Capital Ltd and Citigroup Global Markets India Pvt Ltd.
Raising Capital: Investment Bankers help organizations raise capital via the Initial Public Offerings (IPO) route, Follow On Public Offer, or through bond issuance, etc.
Example: Zomato’s IPO was facilitated by Bank of America, Citi, Kotak Mahindra Capital, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley. Another example is that of Yes Bank when it raised capital via the Follow On Public Offer (FPO) route in July 2020. These banks also help in debt and equity issuances, restructuring, etc.
Research: They specialize in Equity Research, Macroeconomic research, and credit research which helps their clients to make well-informed decisions. Their research also helps their clients zero in on their merger or acquisition targets. The research helps them to understand the benefits of the proposed transaction. A well-researched deal can help organizations increase their market share and result in greater profits of economies of scale.
With the nature of financial transactions becoming even more complex by the day and coupled with digitization, this field is expected to boom shortly. The advancement in technology and a growing combination of finance and tech will only lead to greater demand for skilled professionals in this field. Investment Banking is anticipated to be the third largest sector in the banking space.
The Investment Banks Can Be Classified Into Three Major Categories:
Bulge Bracket Banks – As the name indicated, these are big, international players like Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, etc which operate with a large base in terms of their presence across the globe as well as a large number of employees. They mostly deal with crème-de-la-crème clients, the Fortune 500 companies. Another distinguishing feature of these Bulge Bracket banks is that they offer a full range of services like trading, asset management, equity research, financing (long-term, short-term financing) along with the core activities of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Middle Market Banks are those which lie in between the Bulge Bracket Banks and Boutique Banks. They have a fairly large presence compared to a Boutique Bank. The salient features of these banks are that their deal sizes are mostly in the range of $10 Million to $500 Million. Moreover, they have strong local footprints but do not have a strong global presence. A lot of them focus on particular services or deal with companies in a specific sector or market. For instance, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods is an Investment Banking firm based in New York that exclusively deals in the Financial Services sector. In Indian markets, Edelweiss Financial Services, Axis Capital, etc are some examples of Mid-market banks.
Boutique Banks: It is further subdivided into Regional Boutique Bank and Elite Boutique Banks. These banks generally do not offer a full suite of services but offer specialized services. They are small in terms of the deal size as well as the number of employees. They are typically limited to particular markets/countries.
The high-profile nature of this field attracts the interest of a lot of youngsters. Investment Banking is one of the highest-paying jobs in the field of Finance. At an entry-level, one can expect an average package of INR 8 Lakhs to INR 10 Lakhs per annum. At a mid-senior level, one can easily expect a salary of INR 30 lakhs and above.
Other factors that influence the pay-outs include the qualification, experience, and knowledge of the candidate, skills displayed by them, job location, and the hiring organization. Due to the nature of the skills required for being an Investment Banker, the number of vacancies is also limited.
Besides the technical skills an ideal candidate should be able to work for long hours, should be adept at working under pressure, and should be an effective communicator. Apart from the fixed cost of the employees or Cost to the company (CTC), a large part of the earnings come in the form of yearly bonuses which are dependent not just on the individual’s performance but on the overall performance of the company.
For an average year, the bonus expected can be anywhere in the range of 80-100% of the CTC, and for a good year, the expected bonuses can range between 200%-300% of the CTC.

What Is Investment Banking?
Before we explore more about the Investment banking operations courses, we first need to know what Investment Banking is. To put it in layman’s terms, Investment banking is a type of banking that assists large and complex financial transactions such as mergers, Initial Public offerings(IPO), Underwriting, brokering new trade, and so on.
These banks help entities such as corporations, municipalities, corporations, and other institutions raise capital through underwriting or issuing securities or a combination of both. Investment Banks act as an intermediary between two parties and help the new firm to go public.
They either buy all the shares from the company and resell them at the estimated price fixed by the bank or sell them on behalf of the company and take the commission for each share.
For example, Cents & Pent Co., a fashion brand wants to go public. So the owner of Cents & Pent Siddhu contacted Dina, an investment banker of a familiar Investment banking firm. Siddhu and Dina made a deal for 10,000 shares of Cents & Pent company at the price of ₹24 per share, which the bank has arrived at after research.
The investment bank pays ₹2,40,000 to the owner of Cents & Pent for 10,000 shares. After getting the paperwork done, banks sell the Stocks for ₹26 per share. However the bank is not allowed to sell more than 20% of the Stocks at this price, they have to reduce the price forcefully to sell the remaining Stocks.
So the price fixed for the remaining Stock is ₹23. Finally, at this IPO deal, the bank has made [(26*2000)+(23*8000)]= [ ₹52000+ ₹1,84,000]= ₹2,36,000. In this deal, the bank paid Siddhus’ firm ₹2,40,000 but they made only ₹2,36,000 after selling all the stocks. So Investment bank has lost ₹4,000 because of the wrong estimation value of Cents & Pent shares.
Commonly, Investment Banks will strive to secure their IPO projects from their competitors, Which makes them increase the price to steal the deal from the competitor banks. Because of the intense competition banks may sometimes end up in loss to secure their projects.
Initial public offering refers to the process where private companies plan to sell their stake to the public, to raise their equity from the investors. This process helps the private company to become public to the people.
This also helps smart investors earn a good attractive return on their investments. Not all IPOs will end up in a great deal. Both benefits and risks will sail in the same boat. It is important to know about the basics and types of IPOs.
Types Of IPO:
There are commonly two types of IPO. They are
Fixed Price Issue:
Under Fixed-Price IPO, the company decides the initial sale value of their shares with the help of the Underwriter. They evaluate the companies’ assets, liabilities, and every financial aspect. After working on these figures, the company fixes a price for their initial offering. Usually during an IPO, the company fixes a low price for their offerings so that investors are very interested in buying it which ultimately gives value to the company.
Book Building Issue:
It is worth noting that the idea of book-building is fairly new in India. Instead of a set cost offer, a book-building issue has an expense band or scope. The last and most noteworthy costs are referred to as ‘floor price’ and ‘top cost’ separately. You can offer the offers at whatever cost you need to pay.
Afterward, the stock cost is settled after evaluating the offers. The interest for a share is known consistently as the book is fabricated. An IPO can be either a fixed-price issue, a book issue, or both combined.
Comparison Between Fixed Price and Book Building Issues:
Price:
The price of a stock is decided when it is put up for sale in the case of a fixed-cost offering, and this information can be found in the order form. For an issue that uses book building, only an approximate cost range is initially determined; the exact expense per share isn’t finalized until after all bids have been collected and evaluated.
Demand:
In comparison to a fixed price issue, with a book-building issue, the demand for shares can be gauged daily, whereas the demand for shares in a fixed price issue cannot be determined until after the issue has been finalized.
Payment:
For a fixed price issue, you must pay the complete amount for the stock when putting in your offer, while with book-building issues, payment can be made once the shares have been distributed.

What is Investment Banking?
In layman’s terms, an investment bank is a financial institution that provides other institutions or high-profile people looking to expand or improve their portfolios through investments in various financial assets. The clients of these investment banks are majorly Business firms, and Government organizations because they have to deal with huge transactions on a daily basis and need financial and advisory services, too.

Often, Investment banks act as intermediaries between security issuers and investors by helping the former find the latter at reasonable prices. Their goal is to maximize their clients’ profits through the various services that they provide. Businesses can improve their operations and minimize risk exposure by taking help from Investment Banks and nearly all the big businesses do that.
Investment Banks too, make a lot of profit by entering partnerships with other organizations, or by offering their services. The concept of Investment banking came into light in the early 19th Century. This was the time when Industrialisation was booming and commercial banks used to provide financial services to various entities.
Its popularity took a leap during the American Civil War of 1861-65, which prompted Jay Cooke, a financier to open the first investment bank to provide financial assistance to US war efforts. With the help of that investment bank, the US Government issued bonds to interested investors which helped the government to raise funds for the war efforts and other obligations.
After the accomplishment of the projects, the investors received their returns in the form of a share of the profits earned.
This model of raising funds caught the world’s eye and investment banking evolved into what it is today. In modern times, investment bankers have become vital advisors to companies looking to make significant changes to their operations.

Investment bankers must possess strong analytical skills along with the ability to grasp complex concepts that revolve around financial models and valuation. Good communication skills
Irrespective of the role, strong communication skills can be a great advantage to success in any career. Investment bankers have to put a fair share of their daily energies into communicating with clients and colleagues. They have to explain financial topics in a straightforward yet convincing way.
For the banker looking to make an impact in the industry, he should boost his communication and presentation skills. Personal resilience involves numerous different capabilities, such as being able to handle criticism, bouncing back from failures, and maintaining strong communication under pressure.
These capabilities are the important foundations of successful investment banking. Yet having these qualities is not sufficient in itself; you need to also develop ways to ensure that you stay healthy and motivated during your career. This could involve exploring stress management techniques, efficient time management habits, and cultivating relationships with your colleagues as support networks.
